  • Bitter Foods: Ingredients like bitter gourd and citrus peel help lower cholesterol, regulate blood sugar, and reduce the risk of diabetes and heart disease.
  • Healthy Seeds: Fenugreek seeds are effective in controlling blood sugar levels and improving metabolism.
  • Healthy Fats: Nuts slow glucose absorption and help reduce cravings, while avocados increase satiety and stabilize blood sugar.
  • Polyphenol-Rich Foods: Blueberries, green tea, and olive oil contain powerful antioxidants that improve insulin sensitivity, boost metabolism, and regulate blood sugar levels.

Making small but impactful dietary changes can help manage weight, control blood sugar, and improve overall health naturally. Instead of relying on medications with side effects, incorporating these nutrient-dense foods can provide a safer and more sustainable solution.
