Coca-Cola CEO Presents Commemorative Diet Coke Bottle to President Trump

Coca-Cola’s CEO, James Quincey, has presented former President Donald Trump with a unique commemorative bottle of Diet Coke to mark his upcoming inauguration. Margo Martin, Trump’s Deputy Director of Communications, shared the announcement on X, revealing a photo of Trump and Quincey holding the exclusive bottle. The glass design features a custom label showcasing an image of the White House alongside the words, “The Inauguration of the President of the United States Donald J. Trump.”

Trump’s fondness for Diet Coke is no secret, with his admiration for the beverage dating back to his first presidency. In a 2012 post on what was then Twitter, Trump humorously commented on the beverage, declaring he had never seen a “thin person drinking Diet Coke.” Despite jokingly criticizing the drink, he admitted to continuing to enjoy it, even referring to it as “garbage” in one of his tweets. During his presidency, Trump famously kept a red button on his Oval Office desk, which he would press to summon an aide with a Diet Coke.

This commemorative bottle stands as a playful nod to Trump’s well-documented preference for the drink, adding a touch of humor and personalization to the celebratory occasion.
