Yoga Moves That Help Burn Belly Fat Fast

1. Boat Pose

This challenging balance pose fires up your entire core. Sit with knees bent, lean back slightly, and lift your legs to form a “V” shape. Hold for 30 seconds while breathing deeply to maximize the belly-toning effects.

2. Plank Pose

The ultimate core strengthener! Maintain a straight line from head to heels in push-up position. Start with 30-second holds and gradually increase duration as your strength improves.

3. Cobra Pose

4. Bridge Pose
